It’s a (gluten & dairy) FREE Pizza Party

Hi Friends!

Recently my boyfriend & I have been trying to steer clear of gluten in foods and drinks, so I’ve been trying to be mindful and keep an eye out for gluten free alternatives. I wanted to try cooking together & since I’ve been craving pizza for about a week now I ventured to our local Whole Foods for our ingredients.


1 Pack Manni’s gluten-free Pizza Crust

1 Bag Violife Vegan Mozzarella Shredded Cheese

1 Roma Tomato

1 Red Bell Pepper

1 Jalepeno

1 Bin White Mushrooms

1 Small Red Onion

1 Small Can Black Olives

1 Jar of Pizza Sauce


• Pre-heat oven 425 degrees

•Prep all your veggies by washing and slicing them

• Top your pizza however you wish

• Cook for 15 min – place directly on oven rack

• Slice & Eat!

* Review of Gluten Free Crust & Dairy Free Mozzarella Cheese: I don’t mind the gluten free crust, it’s a little hard but I think since it’s supposed to be a thin crust it was pretty good. Vegan cheese is definitely something I’m still getting used to, but I would definitely choose this over Daiya cheese any day.
